Nominees achieve induction status based upon a majority of the vote.  In certain instances, more than one nominee may be inducted
.

A candidate appearing on the Ballot over a 5 year period, who has not achieved induction status, will be moved to the veterans category with potential for induction by vote of the Veterans Committee at some later date.

The Electorate is composed of the living inductees of the Archery Hall of Fame, members of the Board of Directors, representatives of each of the sanctioned participating national archery organizations, representatives of all supporting industry organizations, selected members of sports mediums, and board recognized archery historians.

Those individuals voted into the Hall of Fame will be notified within 30 days of the Electorate vote count.  Inductions will be scheduled for September of the year the vote is taken.
